Today at work they made me the dispather. That means I’m in the kitchen yelling out what need to come out and check if everything is there(btw today was the first time). It wasn’t that bad though, it was only annoying when I had to serve the food too. Normally there is 1-2 people helping the dispatcher, but today I was by myself until the end of my shift. Good thing it was a slow day....
